Webkom AB operates the application eFaktura (accessible at http://faktura.webkom.pp.se). We are committed to maintaining data integrity and protecting your privacy. This policy explains how eFaktura collects, accesses, uses, stores, and protects user data obtained when you connect your Google Account via Google OAuth.
To provide our invoicing service, eFaktura requests access only to the scopes strictly required for authentication and dispatching emails on your behalf:
Authentication & Profile Data (openid, email, profile): We access your basic Google profile details (name, email address, and unique user identifier) to authenticate your identity, log you into eFaktura, and associate your account with your invoices.
Gmail API ([https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send](https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send)): We request permission to compose and send emails directly through your connected Gmail account.
The data obtained through Google OAuth is used strictly to provide the core user-facing functionality of eFaktura:
Identity Verification: Logging you securely into the eFaktura platform.
Sending Invoice Emails: The user connects their Google Account exclusively to enable eFaktura to send invoices, receipts, and related billing correspondence directly to their clients via their own Gmail account.
Strict Prohibitions on Data Use:
eFaktura never reads your incoming emails, inbox contents, drafts, or personal messages.
eFaktura never sells, rents, leases, or trades Google user data to data brokers, advertising platforms, or any third parties.
eFaktura never uses Google user data for serving targeted advertisements or personalized marketing.
eFaktura never uses Google user data to train, retrain, or improve generalized or foundational artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
eFaktura does not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to external third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers: Trusted server and database infrastructure providers bound by strict confidentiality obligations, solely to operate and maintain the eFaktura platform.
Legal Obligations: When strictly required by applicable law, regulation, or a valid legal order.
No human employee or contractor at Webkom AB reads your Google account data unless you provide explicit permission for troubleshooting, it is strictly necessary to investigate technical errors/security issues, or as required by law.
eFaktura's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Security & Encryption: All communications with Google APIs and data transmitted between your browser and our servers are encrypted using industry-standard protocols (TLS/SSL). OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored securely in encrypted databases.
Retention: Authentication tokens are stored only as long as your eFaktura account remains active and connected. eFaktura does not store the content of your outgoing Gmail messages once transmission is confirmed.
Access Revocation & Deletion:
You can revoke eFaktura’s access to your Google Account at any time via Google Account Third-Party Permissions.
You can request complete deletion of your account and any associated stored tokens by emailing info@webkom.se. Upon request, all associated credentials will be permanently erased.
